The Salon du Chocolat, the largest chocolate, pastry, and artisan bakery fair in the world, is coming to Istanbul in collaboration with Sözen Group. Represented in 60 countries, the Salon du Chocolat is an event where trends in the global chocolate and pastry sector are created, addressing various sectors such as chocolate, pastry, artisan bakery, ice cream, coffee, and confectionery. The Salon du Chocolat Istanbul Show will bring together the most important players in the chocolate and pastry industry under one roof for two days, featuring interviews, workshops, pastry and chocolate competitions, chocolate exhibitions, and chocolate sculptures with renowned pastry and chocolate chefs. Additionally, Salon du Chocolat is eagerly anticipating hosting its most prestigious event, the chocolate-dressed Fashion Show, for its guests.
Gökmen Sözen, CEO of Sözen Group, stated, “We are proud to bring the Salon du Chocolat brand, which encompasses the largest chocolate, pastry, and artisan bakery fair in the world, including sectors such as confectionery, ice cream, and coffee, to Turkey in collaboration with Sözen Group. Originating from Paris, Salon du Chocolat is the world’s largest chocolate show that appeals to the retail and HoReCa sectors with its rich history and expertise in chocolate. I believe that gastronomic diversity will contribute to the development of our country’s gastronomy and the growth of the sector. As Sözen Group, we continue to prepare and organize the gastronomy content of our Gastromasa and FSummit conferences and fairs, as well as city festivals such as FoodFest Antalya and GastroAntep. We are very happy to bring the Salon du Chocolat brand to Turkish gastronomy after the Gault & Millau brand.”
